Crazy Easy Pizza Bread
This Pizza Bread recipe is easy to make and makes a great appetizer or side dish for any meal. If you don't like anchovies, real simple don't add them!
Last summer, we were on our way back from our vacation at Sherkston Shores Resort. It's what I would refer to as glamorous trailer park sitting on Lake Erie.
We had a great week with fantastic weather. We got home at around 12:00 pm and I'm just not feeling like putting something together for dinner. I got laundry started and I'm catching up on Game of Thrones.
From the call display, looks like my mom called at about 11:30 pm to see if we got back safe. So I decide to give her a call. Low and behold, mom offers me some stuffed eggplants for dinner.
I'm no fool, anytime I can get out of cooking - I'm in!
So, I decide to add this interesting Pizza Bread recipe I pinned from Tasty to tonight's dinner, which I have slightly adapted as my own. You'll find the original recipe here.
